Despite popular opinion, it is completely normal to serve some red wines chilled. The color of wine does not determine whether or not the wine should be chilled. Pinot Noir is a light red wine and their grapes have been known to be rather tricky to grow. The wine is best served with lean meat, and should be served at about 60 degrees though if you prefer it colder, it can be chilled even more. This tab discusses Pinot Noir, how it should be served, and short videos with serving tips. Remember though that in the end it's about your preference. Wine should be enjoyed, so the experts have their opinion, but you can also have your own.
